This park appears to be transitioning to park models. Many RV sites were in the process of being converted. We reserved for 2 weeks, when we arrived they attempted to put us in a site that was VERY tight and short for our MH. One slide would have been into a car parked next door. After much discussion we were moved to an adequate site. Overall the sites are very inconsistent with some nicely spaced sites and some extremely tight. Our site was gravel with a concrete patio. Unfortunately our jacks kept sinking into the gravel. They were also requiring some people to move around to accommodate deliveries of park models. The clubhouse was closed because of the remodeling and construction The pool was open. Lots of permanent residents with children, bikes and toys. A school bus came through daily. There are. 2 small dog parks in the back, all gravel. The water was turned off one morning for an hour or so without any warning. We will not stay here again.

We didn't like this park. The sites were very small and close together like sardines in a can, and very hard to get into. The pool was green when we got here, cleaned a few days later, then closed for 2 days. The ceiling in the women's bathroom was actually falling and hanging down unto the shower. The park is conveniently located to major highways, shopping, groceries, and restaurants, though. We won't be back.

Not too bad. Watch out for where your site is. Bowling alley can be noisy. Some rotting fruit that comes with having fruit trees. Wifi works at clubhouse but not much place else.
