This RV resort has lots of amenities but it芒鈧�鈩�s showing it芒鈧�鈩�s age No cable tv. Inadequate dog parks , Class As over 40芒鈧�鈩� will have few options as the lots are smaller Security is an issue for campers we heard about thefts as soon as we arrived as E-bikes are the hot target and with easy access in and out thieves can get in and out easily even though it芒鈧�鈩�s 芒鈧�艙gated芒鈧�聺 they need to have code access gates added or prof security and surveillance cameras for overnight activity. It芒鈧�鈩�s bringing its reputation down and other communities here have better security

Great resort for over 55+. It has a two week minimum stay. Large sites all back in. Lots of activities

Agree with the other two reviews. This is primarily a permanent home for winter snowbirds that stay for a 3-6 month season. Lots of park models in the park. Sites are tight. We had to be careful backing our 35 foot 5th wheel in, our friends also had motor homes and were able to get their 32-35 foot rigs in. Most sites come with some amount of a concrete pad for your out door space. Sites are not all that level, you park your RV on gravel. This place is a true Resort. It has a ton of activities, and a very active night life. You can get involved in whatever suits you, or not. And, if you meet up with friends here, it is fun to have your socials and feel comfortable doing so. This is not a campground, it is a fun resort that has a total vacation feel. And, be prepared to be busy. All of the facilities are in good repair and up to date.

Very beautiful upscale resort. Very well matained. Park has a wonderful grass dog park that is large and super pet friendly.
The bathrooms by the pool are some of the finest I have seen. Very tight parking for a large rig. I stayed after most had left for the summer. I doubt I could have backed in if next space was occupied

Pretty nice. More for snowbirds. Friendly residents.
