I’m a fan of this place! Super tidy park with good laundry and facilities. Some others posted about the tight entrance...we were completely comfortable in our Class C towing our Jeep. Now for the fund part. They do use a third party internet service, which I have yet to understand the benefit of. Let me save you some frustration if you have Xfinity internet at your home base...there is an available Xfinity hub to log into. We had no problem streaming 2 TV’s at once. We didn’t really have any areas with grass for the dogs, but alas, it’s the desert, right?

Loved loved loved loved!!! It started with an email with all the info including the site number, so that we didn’t even need to go to the office, and ended with a thoroughly clean and well run place to stay. Would recommend highly and would stay here again

Very tight spaces for anything over 40 feet, packed together like sardines.
Type of clients are senior citizens who live semi permanently in double wides. Section of park for overnight travelers.
WiFi was a nightmare, received a code which was good for one night but having WiFi Ranger it didn’t work.
The WiFi required me to create an account on a managed third party platform. After requiring my blood type it then announced I was being billed $1.50. I received a phone number to call for tech support and the man stated the system was a nightmare to deal with...
For $42.00 per night and to deal with internet issues I wouldn’t recommend it. Would have been more enjoyable in a Walmart parking lot.
The park was clean and management was nice. Just get regular WiFi and eliminate the third party company ..

Stayed night-mostly park models that are tight together but RV spaces were fine. Site was level, full hook ups, bathrooms and showers were fine. Merrill checked us in and was very friendly, no cable, nice laundry, pool, hot tub, community ctr. Just off I-10, nice view of cotton fields and mountains.

Clean big sites! Looks Like a tight entrance from off the street for big rigs but we made it safely, good place to stop and rest. Camp host was also very nice!
