Eastbound Rest area was open when passing by from westbound side 6/23/2025. Westbound was still closed though.

Closed!!!

You can stay up to 24hrs, street light wasn’t working at the parking lot but no problem at the restroom side. I parked my trailer at the back of the rest stop (turn right after you pass the rest stop structure and you’ll see the paved road lead to the back side). Sign says beware of the rattlesnake so be careful at night.

Small but clean rear stop. You can stop up to 24 hours. Nice off the path parking at rest stop. We stayed the night. There is a train near by that was loud but you’re at a rest stop so it’s worth it. I would stay again if needed.
