Fabulous location on the water, close to town. Almost all sites are dry camping. There is no wifi. The electrical service was very unreliable. Some spots were tight and not very level. The washrooms were clean but needed upgrading. People staying in the sites were very friendly and welcoming, but many were looking for different locations for the next season as they were very unhappy with the electrical issues and lack of maintenance.

Office- not following covid public health guidelines; disorganized registration and check in, gate keeper massless, run down with broken street lights, shower handle barely on but water was at least tepid, sites not in good repair, allowed racist confederate flag tone displayed, early am noises with adjacent off road race track. Lake beautiful and electricity worked -much need of repair.

Well, it worked for us! Nothing fancy and a little run down. Some staff are friendly helpful, others are not. I hear it actually has had some improvements.
What we liked:
*Great Location
*We were able to reserve a spot just a few days before we arrived
*Full hook ups $50
*Quiet park on the lake
*bathrooms/showers were clean and had good hot water.
What we didn’t like:
No WiFi
The park is old, neglected, needs some repairs.

Stayed in the back row near the Pickle-ball court. Hard core horseshoe players on Saturday morning. Full hookups. No WiFi. Friendly staff. Reservations only taken 8 am to 3 pm. Store not too exciting. No restaurant close. Beach is gorgeous. Went for dirt bike racing on course right next to campground. Very convenient.

The only good thing is the location. Very small spaces, neighbors are very close. The place is old and in disrepair. Was told they had a laundry, went to use it and no machines, must be all out for repair. $55 and they don't have sewer hook-ups. Who doesn't have sewer hook-ups now days? Will not return!

The good: large campground with a beach on Lake Havasu
The bad: in dire need of maintenance and updating. Will not stay here again.

Upon checking in --
Assigned site -- which had no working water or cable ---
I returned to the office --- we were assigned another site -- which had no cable -- no visible sewer connection as well as the electricity connection box was previously damaged causing the entire electrical box to move at least a foot in any direction ---
I returned to the office -- the staff seemed surprised at the shoddy conditions--
But I offered to show them the pictures I had taken as well as the video of the damage that existed --
I received my money refunded back to my cc --
I would not stay there. It's obviously a "party place" ---

Spots are tight together. Why do they do that. Money I guess. Otherwise the place is fine.
