Nice park with a mix of permanent and non-permanent residents. We stayed in pull-thru for a week. It calls itself a resort but nothing resort about it. The best part is the rates. Nice location to all area attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious gravel sites, clean laundry ($2.50 a load) in a nice clubhouse. Wi-fi in the front section is spotty depending on your location, but my personal Verizon network was fine. The front and west sections are for short-term guests, the back section offers leased lots. There is always something to do/eat or shop in Sierra Vista (20 minutes south). The SV Farmers Market meets on Thursdays on Fry Blvd. Head to Tombstone or Benson which are under half an hour east, or go west an hour to Tucson for the airport or big-city shopping. Phoenix is 4 hours west. A C-store is 2 minutes outside of the park for fuel, ice, and essentials. Quail Ridge RV sites are level, maintained well and the sunsets are MAGNIFICENT!

Large gravel sites. Good utilities and good cell phone. Park has WiFi throughout. We only received 2 tv antenna channel. Staff friendly and facilities were clean. Propane on site. Close to a lot of sightseeing and Walmart 10 miles away. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
