An older but overall clean and well-maintained RV park. We stayed here one night while traveling through the area. It was very convenient to do laundry, it was easy to check in, we were escorted to our site. It’s not fancy, the trees are not huge for giving shade, but it’s a quiet area very convenient to gas stations and I 40. The utilities are updated with multiple sewer outlets, newer electrical, sites alternate the pull in direction so while you are close to your neighbors you are not right in their windows. Cable TV seemed mostly analog and fuzzy, Internet was reportedly new but did not stay on consistently

Clean, travelled sites with long pull throughs. Reasonable price. Well kept public areas including showers and laundry. Staff efficient and friendly. Have stayed here twice overnight on our way through. Will do so again.

x2 Nice long and opposite direction pull throughs. All gravel and reasonably level. Quiet. Staff was nice. Good place to stay when passing through. I'd come back.

Nice long pull-through. Each site is parked opposite direction of neighbors so space around your rig is maximized - quite smart.
Clean washrooms. Minimal highway noise but some muffled train horns. Walk to McDonalds Tractor supply and auto parts.
Cable was kind of fuzzy. WiFi kind of slow. Staff was nice. Good place to stay when passing through.

Long pull through sites. Your stacked tight. You have to keep your blinds closed. Lots of broken sites. IE. water and such. They have heat tapes on the water lines but they turn off the water at night. I was told they would shut off the water at 7:30 and turn it back on at 9:00 the next day. They turned it off at 6:45, (March). The counter employee wasn't very pleasant. Cable and internet better than most. Laundry facility was quite nice.

Typical parking lot about 30 percent full but even when we asked to be out back they put us with other units so we cant have our shades open

Probably done for their ease not ours. It is what it is. Cable TV and wifi.

A very nice park with easy access to large pull thru sites. Full hookups with a good water flow. Gravel and dirt sites which are the norm for Az. We were there for one night but would stay there again if we passing through. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I did not use the showers or laundry but they looked to be very accepable.

Very long pull through level gravel sites. Rather close together but they alternate the position of the rigs so you don't look in the neighbors windows. There are multiple sewer hookups on each site so you have easy access anywhere along the length of the site.
Good 50 amp power, nice showers with hot water and hand rails. Older bathrooms and several washers out of order in the laundry.
Very pleasent, helpful staff and a nice display of real petrified logs. Free muffins and coffee in the mornings.
We stayed here three nights in a fifth wheel while we visited the Petrified Forest. We would stay here again.

We are tent campers. Stopped to check this one out. Tent space is on gravel. One side of the tent spaces opens to what appeared to me to be a city street. Just didn't have a safe feel to me.
