This park is old and tired. I would call it more of a mobile home park with some RV’s thrown in. Appears to be a lot of permanent residents, but everyone I met was friendly. Quite a few of the folks were snow birds.

Stayed here for three days in 2019 and again in2020. People are very welcoming. Park is neatly maintained. Very convenient for visiting family and friends in Green Valley. Would definitely stay again. Does not accept credit cards. Checks or cash only.

Stayed here one night in RV (5 people aged 75, 51, 49, 16 & 16 - got special permission to stay even though says 55+). Quiet facility, walking distance to a great Mexican place (El Patio). Bathrooms at pool with showers but not very clean/well maintained. Only back-ins but full pump-out. Tried to charge more upon arrival than quoted in an email sent to us when we made the reservation.

We arrived mid-December for a three-month stay with some trepidation. We wanted to stay in Green Valley but had bad memories from a few years ago at this site under previous management. Between Dominos and ping pong and golf and nearby relatives we kept quite active. The ping pong group plays just about daily. At the end of three months we were sad to leave our new friends. Verizon coverage was good and we used that for our Wi-Fi hotspot.

I chose this park because of the webpage and RVPARK reviews. I'm in my mid-70's, but think like I'm still in my 60's. This park seems full of people in their 70's & 80's who think that's their age. That aside, the park has too many park models that look old, too few RV sites and NO WiFi except in the clubhouse. Originally booked for three weeks +, let after a week. Big disappointment.

We keep coming back. Lots of nice stuff to keep you busy if you want. Well kept park. Lots of park models and annuals but the overnights are good too.
