Stayed in spot 95 on the river. Excellent view and nice level spot. Most of the amenities were closed because of Covid but had a good time regardless. My 2 year old loved both play grounds and it was quite both nights we were here.

Literally the only thing nice about this park is the river, Gates are too small for PD's with toads, streets have to tight corners for PD's and the spot which was suppost to be a pull thur was way too small for our coach. The sewer hookup was busted and so far back I needed 3 20' foot sections to reach it. The water pressure was over 85psi way to high for RV's. Little to no internet, TV cable hookup was broken and I had to fix the electrical to even hookup. On top of all that it was $70 a night. We could not find a real person to talk to and and left several messages with no response. Who ever gave this park a 9 out of 10 rating couldn't count. Run far run fast it sucks.

Spent 3 days in spot 108 right on the river. Open during the lock down right on the Colorado River. Staff was super nice. Level spot big enough for 30芒鈧劉 travel trailer and park truck horizontally in front. Which was important because the people in 107 block off all the parking across the road. They use it for 5 cars at night, when the people all leave during the day he blocks it all off with his dually. Amazing sunsets!!! About 15芒鈧劉 from each parking pad. Back in river view from the back.

Easy check-in and kind staff members. One office employee even alerted us to a free breakfast that took place in the Arizona Oasis park model home. Very nice! We stayed in site 134 and it was very uneven. Several layers of blocks had to be added under the rear tires prior to dropping our jacks. TIP: Ask for a different site if you stay here. On a positive note, we were very close to the bathrooms and showers. The 50+ free cable channels were awesome! Free park wifi wasn't very good but my AT&T hotspot worked great. Beach area looked ok. Not much to do in the immediate local area. We drove 100+ miles to the Salton Sea and Slab City and enjoyed both places.

Nice park, yes all gravel but clean, friendly staff, great cable, fantastic heated pool with Hottub. Nice level sites but little close, has beach and river access!! Will come again!

Definitely not an Oasis. I would call it Desert Storm. The entire park is gravel roads. Combine that with zero enforcement of speeding vehicle and no speed bumps you get desert storm.
Also, the rate per night is deceiving. We were charged the holiday rate on Saturday January 25 2020. The explanation we got was we charge the holiday rate for the entire month of January and February.
We will not be coming back.

Stopped here for one night. Was late getting in and office was closing up but Dave took care of me then helped me for about 20-30 minutes try to restart my Sprinter van that was later determined to have the common 芒鈧 key recognition芒鈧 problem. Anyway, this is a funky place for people who like being on the CO River for multi-day stays. Several loud ATV芒鈧劉s buzzing around. Not my thing.. After reading previous reviews, I can see where river smells maybe bad on some days but it was fine and not noticeable when I was there. The staff was super, super friendly. Breakfast was great there too! Dave gets a big shout out for helping me and giving me good advice and options if we could not start my van. I芒鈧劉d stop here overnight, anytime! Not my idea of a vacation spot but it was very clear to me many folks were regulars and loved the place and had made good friends. Several meeting for breakfast in the dining hall/community center.

Only stopped in for a night and thank god it was only 1 night. The spaces are so packed tight and people parking on street makes getting into spaces hard and at night the entire park smells like sewage I thought it was just our neighbor dumping but I walked outside and just an odor of sewage fills the air. All around campgrounds.

Very clean and well kept. We had a beautiful view of the river from our camp spot.
