Rv spaces are difficult to get in the Show Low area so I’m approaching this from beggars can’t be choosers. The sites are cheek by jowl, but there are several large pleasant common areas. I got site 21 which if it works for you is perhaps the best site in the place because it is across a very small but adorable pond from a common area. So no one is parked that side of you and no one is walking through your site because they are blocked by the pond. Downside of the site is it is fairly unlevel front to back and also we tried to cram my 30 foot trailer in there and it was just slightly too much. I would say it is perfect for 25 foot trailers and less.
The park is in the forest, so there is a lot of forest road “off roading available, as well as the state park nearby, Arizonas only covered bridge minutes away, and of course the town of Show Low.

Wifi was great. Restroom and laundry was clean. Sites and in park roads are grave. The owners have happy hour at their house within the park. Cell phone service is very bad due to lay out of park on the back side of the hill. Lots of sites taken for the full summer. The current owner has had it for 10 years it’s a work in progress.

Not a good campground. Almost everyone seemed like permanent residents. Spot we were given was next to scrap bin. Sewer line ran up hill. Very over priced. Would not recommend.
