This park is camper run.. management is not work for park. All things left to park members. All amenities run and managed by park members. Repairs are slowly fixed.
Needs improvement.

First, the staff was very friendly, but the park is more of a Mobil home park than an RV park. The sites are back in only and the street access was very tight for getting our 30’ rig backed in. Fortunately there empty spaces which allowed me to have some room to maneuver. I am sure the park was originally a trailer park. The people staying there were very friendly and that was nice! The pool was nice and so was the laundry. There was no WiFi or cable access. They did have a pay plan for WiFi but it was spotty and expensive so if that is important, not your place! There is a park a mile or so away, same price with TV and internet included for the same price.

Be forewarned! This is a Old Park Model Park being converted to a RV park. It is a Encore / Thousand Trails Park. It is in need of new roads. The RV pads are deteriorating asphalt. Very old hook ups in need of replacement. Laundry room was filthy dirty. Corporate needs to put $$'s into the Park and upgrade everything. Staff / residents are nice. The Park Model residents we met have the same complaints. Confirmed we don't want a Thousand Trails membership

This is a really friendly park. The facilities, for being 30 years old, are in excellent condition. The pool and hot tub are really nice. During snowbird season there are activities every day. We have stayed here a couple times, and will be here next winter too. The residents are what makes it special, even if you are a short timer, 2 weeks or less, you get treated as family. Love this place!
