Nicely maintained park. Close to several attractions worth visiting. For the price charged one would think they could provide internet service that works. They include internet as one of the amenities you purchase with the site, but clearly do not provide enough bandwidth for even half the number of sites they sell.

Stayed here for 3 weeks in Feb, 2021. Location is great for exploration. We did something different every day (waterfalls, hikes, historic gunfighters and saloons, animal parks, shopping, etc) and still had many sites unvisited when we left. It’s wonderfully central to AZ’s best. Park has strict rules, but that’s what makes it a very nice place to stay. Gravel sites are raked within minutes of client’s departure. Dog run is a wee small for active dogs, but with all the hiking trails nearby they got plenty of exercise. Staff is very nice and helpful. Bathrooms were closed due to COVID procedures but laundry was open and clean.

Less than one star. Wide sites, but gravel everywhere. They water down the roads with an old diesel water truck at least once a day whole place stinks from this. Lots of longtime friends camp there every year, but everyone else is an outsider and manager saves the sites for them and they have priority

EXTREMELY NICE: Wonderful employees, sites are large, all roads and sites are granite rock (small), full utilities,Ramada for Sat morning coffee/donuts, tent for winter card playing, trees galore (but we were still able to use our Dish antenna on the roof). Small office. Currently installing park models for non-rver's, price not set, models still not completely installed (call ahead for current info). About 8 miles from IH 17, 18 miles from Walmart in Cottonwood, close to other tourist attractions. Price is reasonable for monthly.

This park is clean and well kept. The sites are level and gravel. They will fit almost any rig. Bathrooms are clean, staff is friendly and helpful. There are many trees and shrubs planted in the park. This is one of the few parks I would recommend. This is a beautiful place to stay.
No pool or hot tub. Community area with a shelter and free wood fire pit. DTB

Beautiful place, just a little ways off the beaten path. We'll worth a short drive. Lovely grounds and helpful, friendly staff. First rate.

This is an excellent camp site for RV's. The sites were amazingly well kept and the facilities were top notch. Friendly and helpful staff. We talked a little about Zane Grey and actually went to the Zane Grey museum in Payson on their recommendation. If you like that history, it is well worth the trip.
