Nice clean park only lacks decent WiFi service. Sites are concrete slabs, many are pull-in, back out. Ours (#46) and several around us sloped down in the front making them impossible to level the RV without using both your jacks and leveling blocks. Close to I17, but freeway noise not an issue. We’d stay here again but would request a more level site.

Stayed for 2 nights while exploring Montezuma’s Castle National Monument (worth the effort) and checking out the Out of Africa animal park. Did not use any of the facilities, but everything looks spotless and fresh. They even hava attendants that drive around with rakes and blowers to keep the park looking pristine. Very close to the Cliff Casino for some eating choices. Would come back. Our Wi-if worked quite well and we were in the very last row far away from the office.

We don’t stay at a lot of RV parks, but had to spend the night somewhere on our way to GCNP. Best RV park we have experienced! Friendly staff, nice gym, warm pool and large hot tub and clean showers/restrooms. It is also a short hop from Sedona if you are looking for a quick in and out. Highly recommend.

This was a very nice, clean RV park. Their pool and hot tub were very nice.

Very clean, well maintained campground with very friendly helpful staff. Practically nice shower/washroom areas. Nice gym, laundry.

Great place with great staff. Plenty of personnel to help park, get propane or whatever. Clean showers and laundry. All cement parking pass with picnic tables. $34 per night and will definitely come back

First class park with paved sites and very clean shower suites. Free shuttle to casino. No privacy. For such a nice place they have terrible WiFi and Verizon cell coverage is almost nil. I couldn't surf the net on cell or WiFi at the site but used their lobby router to do what I needed to do.

Very clean nice park - not much grass for dogs & early morning traffic noise can be heard. Very friendly staff and wifi good. Forgot to add: Trash pickup at your door is always a plus!

Would have given 5 stars, but the WiFi was spotty even if free, also wide open. Otherwise great location near Sedona, Cottonwood and Jerome and various sites to explore. The staff is great and extremely helpful! Private shower and restroom combination, very clean. Would recommend to everyone and will be back again!

Easy in and out. Great for overnight or even a couple of days to visit the Petrified Forest NP. I called earlier in the day and they had our site and info ready. Very quick and professional front desk. The sites are clean. Each one has a concrete pad next to the RV to step out on, which keeps the sand to a minimum. Some trees but basically dessert scenery. Large laundry and bathrooms, although we didn't use them. WIFI was good. Quiet, dog friendly and nice. We would come back.
