Great park, wide spaces immaculate and pool is fantastic employees are curt IOU’s and professional. One star rating is that there are no refunds period. We paid for 5 nights but due to weather we are leaving one day early giving 48 hours notice and the park is empty as it’s September and 96 degrees! So they are keeping our 40.00 plus tax. For the night that we won’t be here. Do not pay in advance if you need to leave early.

Great little park to use if you are looking for a place to stop over in Benson or base out of for a trip to Southern AZ. I was able to make a reservation weeks in advance, check in after office hours and hook up without any issues. Office staff was friendly and they provided a nice map and information packet with check in paperwork. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Great campground. Wide sites, very good Wifi, a great dog park. Near Kartchnet Caverns and area sites. Dinner available most nights. Lots of activities. Will definitely stay here again.

This is a rare 5 star place to stumble upon. Here only one night and it has all the amenities one would need. It was a chili cook off night when we arrived but didn't attend although invited to join, we had a big late lunch in Tombstone and just didn't want to overdo it. Very nice views from where we stayed. Good cable television with 2-3 bars Verizon LTE. They included a nice suggestion of day trips with the park map. Very nice.

We stayed for 1 night as they were matching the SKP RV Park rates. So we decided to try it.
Front desk Barb was great, We were escorted to our site and helped to back in. Full hookups. Right across the pool.
We received a complimentary meal which was Mardi Gras Gumbo and delicious with cupcake for desert. Met some friendly folks, had a SKP HH gathering, was a Band for Mardi Gras evening - just packed full with activities. Walked around and some lovely views.
Would certainly recommend and return here.

Might be a nice park but they have a rule that your coach can't be older than 10 years. We have an MCI Bus conversion that is extremely nice but it is much older than 10 years so we could only stay there if they inspected our bus and we passed. We aren't going to drive a long distance with the possibility of being rejected. I understand that parks don't want junky coaches but it's insulting that a 10 year rule would disqualify a lot of people. Kind of snooty.

Beautiful mountain views, nice & clean, large sites, friendly staff. Rates just lowered 01-2017, so very affordable. Pull-thru's or back-ins for overnight or longer stay. Easy access from I-10, but far enough away to have a nice, quiet stay! Close to Sierra Vista, Tombstone, Tucson. Karchner Caverns & lots of other day trips offered. Very clean pool & hot tub. Nice facilities!

We happened upon this as our mid way stop for the night and so happy we did! Super clean, nicely paved pull through spots and the people were all very friendly. Not to mention the park is wonderful! Nice pool and rec room for the guests! Just far enough off the road that there is no freeway noise. We will definetly go back if we are in this area again.

Lovely people, lovely views! Facilities are first class. Even gravel on unpaved lots is raked and immaculately groomed! If you need to do some laundry, they have a very nice, again well-kept, facility with several new front load washers. Wide, paved streets. Easy in easy out for big rigs and quiet! We'll stop again!

Very easy entry and exit for big rigs. Long paved and level overnight pull-throughs. View in all directions is camera worthy. All utilities are in good condition and well positioned. Cable TV has 66 stations. WiFi is TengoInternet. This is a nicely designed, well maintained park including the hiking trails. Nights are quiet with only a faint hint of train noise from the heavily traveled tracks in Benson. The work camper staff is friendly. We camped here in a 40' motorcoach.
