Horrible nightmare. This place has the dreaded side by side sites where you face the stranger next to you. Also, they won’t sell you a back in with water and electric if you are only staying the night. They told me those were for the people who stay longer. What?? Typical con job. Watch out for this one.

In an area filled with mobile home parks that call themselves RV parks and do allow RVs, this is a true RV park, with no permanent residents. This was a very clean, well maintained park. Had a nice pool and hot tub. Dog area is a bit small. Spaces were very large and nice. Close to town and area attractions.

Stayed for New Years 20/21 a camper near us had a flag waving with profanity on it. When I told the management I was upset that my children commented about it everyday I was told trump was still president so no reason they couldn’t fly that flag. Understand it wasn’t trump I went to them about it was the profanity across the bottom of the flag. Even sent a pic. I will never stay there again. And question KOAs in general as we frequently stay at them and always thought they were family friendly. This one definitely is not. They also did nothing to enforce mask mandate on the property.

They do a good job keeping this park clean. However the wifi is very poor when you can get get. Then when jou can its dial up slow. Then to make it worse, they shut it off every hour. I won’t stay here again

Clean level spots. Friendly staff. No WiFi no cable. WiFi is sparse in the area. We stayed 2 nights and would have stayed longer. Laundry was in tip top shape🙂

The manager is very unprofessional. She started to raise her voice to my family and I when we questioned her on the park policies and rules. When I asked her why she was yelling she stated because I was dumb and didn’t understand so she had to raise her voice. I don’t recommend this park.

WiFi nearly non existent, no cable TV, high prices for close sites, tiny pool for size of the park, all dryers but one out of commission. Price is too high, but it’s Phoenix, so I guess they don’t need amenities and can charge what they want. Seems to be full every night, I want to love this park but there are too many frustrations,

Stayed a month. Expensive but nice. Internet is a joke though. Has a dog run!

Only two stalls and three showers (for the men's anyway) for the whole campground. Stayed for four nights and kept smelling a raw sewage or farm smell and couldn't figure out where it was coming from. Overpriced for the location and amenities. I'm in a teardrop so showers and bathrooms are a deal breaker for me. Would not stay here again.
