Basically a parking lot. No trees no shade. Lots of permanent party snowbirds. People friendly. 1 staff member rude and snide remarks. Other friendly. Full hookups however for some weird reason that put dump where it is under the back of you rv. Close to ghost town and lake. All back in. Also lots of vacancies and they try to put me on smallest spot on end weird. Changed spot but got rude remarks from 1 staff. Why? They were maybe 30% full.

Park was mostly empty due to Covid. Our back inside was odd with the drain underneath the trailer. Pool is open with Covid restrictions.

Our full hookup back-in site was spacious and comfortable. Easy check-in and kind staff. Park was only half full. I suspect that this was likely because many Canadians headed home early due to the border closing. Clubhouse, pool and spa was closed due to coronavirus but thankfully the bathrooms and showers remained open. We really appreciated this! They also let us wash our class A RV and tow car. We paid for Jabba wifi and it was ok. My AT&T hotspot was better. This park even had an air compressor to fill RV tires. Very cool!

This park surprised us with its very friendly staff and residents. Pool was great-in the shade from 4pm! A shaded area around it too. The community building was terrific for WiFi and computer work. Nice big TV there too! Plus a huge dance floor!! Lots planned for winter months!

Well maintained for a old park. Some turns are tight for big rigs.
