This is a large well maintained park with some permanent residents and a very large contingent of snow birds who can easily ride their ATVs on adjacent BLM land. Surprising there is no Wi-Fi service except at the main facilities and essentially no phone service for ATT.

Good RV park, a lot of snowbirds. Good Verizon. No WiFi. Only complaint is that the lots were loose gravel and hard to get level. Stayed 3 nights in a 25 foot Motor home. Price is much better than others down the road. Would stay here again.

Great quiet park with tons to do. Friends invited us we would not have picked this park but once in the friendly people and the great back yard for wonderful walks and biking will bring us back !

Very nice. Showers could be a little better but were adequate.
