I am a local, only living a few miles from Kirby landing. We camp here every summer though. Take my advice camp only on Weston Point. The other side gets a little wild with teenagers and some adults creating a party atmosphere. On Weston Point it is quiet and comfortable. There is some shade on some of the campsites but not on all. There are water, sewer and electric on the sites not close to the water. Awesome place to stay!

Good overnight stop. Quite a ways from highway though. Staff was nice and the place was quiet on my visit.
