Do not stay here. Very shady area and very unsafe feeling! We are getting a refund and finding a safe place to stay.

An overnight Oasis! We needed an overnight along I-40 and we ended up here. It’s not much to look at, but easy pull thru flat concrete pads. Good 50amp service, quiet, walking distance to several restaurants, it sure beats staying in a rest area, or a big box store parking lot. The lady that answered the phone was a delight to talk to. Stayed out of desperation. Very neglected park. Didn’t feel real safe. We were only ones there besides 2 long termers. Only good thing, you can walk to Wendy’s fast food or go to the Mexican Restaurant there if you need food, and there are lots of gas stations if you need fuel and DEF.

Person on the phone today was sarcastic and rude. Totally could not give directions. We chose another campground.

It’s was $30/night in July 2018. No amenities, but spots are level concrete. It says it’s FHU, but the sewer does not work. Do not attempt to dump your black water.
