Campground owners approached us while boondocking in Cracker Barrel about 4.5 miles away from this Park. Offered us a pull through site for the night. There is decent space for each site and it was quite. But there is also a lot of run down junk vehicles and swing sets among other junk items strewn around the RV Park. It could use a good cleaning and some better landscaping. They charge $55 a night or $50 for Good Sam. I would say that they are about $10-15 a night overpriced. But it did serve its purpose of a full hookup sight for the evening.

Good for an overnight. Friendly and nice owner. Not a resort but convenient.

Not a resort. This appeals to me because I hate resorts. This is a quirky, well run CAMPGROUND. Clean, well kept, and interesting. Yes, there are vintage machines around - the owner operated heavy equipment- it is cool IMO. This is NOT a KOA that makes you feel like you are parking in a pasture. It has trees, dirt road, and no slabs. This is our second week plus stay here and we really like it. The owners are wonderful and will do anything to help and make your stay better. A five star place for campers, not a place for Glampers.

A long stretch without a place to stop prompted us to spend the night here. Owners were polite and friendly but the place was littered with junk and was incredibly noisy. We went out on our bikes to find the Lake in "Lakeside". No lake. They assigned us a lot right under a huge lit up sign, so we had to draw every curtain closed tight. The bathroom was relatively clean but looked like it had survived an earthquake. The door was held shut by a rusty folding chair. Amazingly enough, they had very high speed wifi, but no camp store, no ice, no amenities of any sort. $40 with Good Sam discount. $5 would have been a fair price.

Stayed here in somewhat of an emergency situation. Just before posting this, I read a review from 2012 saying it was the junkiest place ever. I am afraid not much has changed. The lot I was escorted to had a view of several junked pieces of heavy equipment and was just unkempt looking. I asked if there was something else and was then escorted to another site that was a bit better, but only slightly. Spaces are small. Restrooms, although fairly clean, appeared to have been completed by an inexperienced homeowner. Owner/manager was very nice and polite, however that did not make up for a VERY poor campground. To make matters worse, the fee charged was inline with a nice campground. The following night we stayed at a wonderful KOA for the same price we paid here! I will never stay here again, unless it is a dire emergency and would suggest others avoid it as well.

This is the dirtiest, junkiest place I have seen, ever!
