Stayed for 6 nights in July of 2023 and it was amazing. We stayed across from the pool and the access was great. The last day I went and did laundry and everything worked as it should. I can’t wait to go back.

Agree with many of the other reviews SITES VERY CLOSE NO SEPARATION . LOOKED LIKE THEY ADDED SITES BETWEEN SITES TO INCREASE NUMBER OF RENTABLE SITES. Park was very busy with traffic (no one follows speed limit rules) day and night. What no one has mentioned is the VERY BUSY FORT MORGAN ROAD NOISE again from early morning to night. Frequent emergency vehicles up and down the road day and night. Laundry was clean but not all machines working. Shower rooms were clean. WIFI was ok early AM,but would become unusable afternoon and night. FIRE PITS in these close sites NOT GOOD our neighbor had a fire less than 2 feet from our slide. Gulf Shore State Park a MUCH BETTER ALTERNATIVE.

We stayed here a month and really enjoyed the area and location. This park was a bit disappointing due to restrooms, showers and laundry being in poor shape. There are no plants or privacy between sites. Pool and clubhouse are tiny. I was assigned a site in my email confirmation but they gave it to someone else with no explanation. Manager is big on religious sermons so good luck getting any resolution to issues. The only good thing going for this park is the location and proximity to the awesome bike paths to Gulf State Park.

Better than most campground - has level concrete pads with ample space between sites. Nice pool, very nice clubhouse but tucked far from everything except garbage. 2 laundries ($1.50 ea). Great bike/walk path at front of park, good location for beaches, shopping, dining. Lots of pull-thru sites w/FHU.

Camping sites were too close together & pads were small. Not much privacy. Close to bike/walking path, good WiFi & cable TV. We did not use laundry, clubhouse or community showers. Many seasonal residents but all very friendly. We would like to give this a 4 star based on proximity to bike path, but sites too close together. Gulf shores community has nice off leash do park, Pickleball in local church, & micro brewery! For us, this was ok for a night or two.

Seems much has changed since the review a year ago. Very friendly staff, clean restrooms and showers, extremely quiet, nice laundry. New ownership. The WiFi and cable worked great. The other campers are extremely friendly couldn’t tell if any are full timers. Could not smell any second hand smoke. Would be happy to come back again. .

This park is in a great location next to the AL greenway and within a few miles of the beach. That's the best I can say because the park is distressed from years of neglect and mismanagement. The maintenance person is completely inept, toilets are unsteady and not bolted down, fixtures don't work properly, and you have to breath second hand smoke because the permanent residents smoke in the restrooms and showers. The internal roads have potholes and depressions and the pads are cracked and small. It's a real shame this park is in such bad shape because all the campers/snowbirds we met there we extremely nice people.
