I鈥檇 give this state park 5 stars if it weren鈥檛 so expensive. First of all they add on 32% in various 鈥渓odging and state taxes鈥 so it cost us $74 nightly which is outrageous for a public state park. However it鈥檚 by far and away the nicest state park I鈥檝e ever stayed at & no one seems to really mind because the 496 sites are full and very hard to get a spot. Miles and miles of paved bik paths, trails to hike and lots of beautiful white sandy beaches. Oh, did I mention tge great seafood?

Large level sites. Lots and lots to do. Clean restrooms. Wifi was spotty as we had to move once. Con: Laundry. Pricy: 2-2.50 to wash. 1.50 to dry but cloths weren芒鈧劉t dry. Several didn芒鈧劉t work but didn芒鈧劉t have signs on them. Very very dirty. It was pricy for a park. The taxes are a killer!
