We stayed here one night while passing through to Florida and it was ok for that but I would not go back. Felt like I was in a swamp. It had just rained and sites are just dirt so it was muddy. Our site had a plate of chicken nuggets left on the picnic table and it was covered in ants. There are a lot of run down RV’s permanently set up. We had a good size pull through that allowed us to stay hooked up to our 5th wheel overnight and get out easy in the morning.

We were traveling the day after Hurricane Michael and this area was hard hit. We called to reserve a spot, only to learn the campground had no power. The hosts, however, told us we were welcome to stay and use our generator. We were very comfortable and treated well. Power returned the next morning. When we stopped by the office on our way out, we were not charged a penny. The campground is not high end, but the hosts are very friendly and hospitable.

Very nice staff and pretty setting BUT cabin was not clean (THE WINDOWS and glass doors were dirty INSIDE and out) plus the only way to lock the door was to put a stick in it. The grounds were ill kept. Would not stay here again under any circumstances.

Stayed one night. Staff very friendly and helpful. Level spots , but no pads, just dirt, no grass . Mostly permanent trailers.Spots are VERY close together. Ok for a quick one nighter.

Camped 1 night, we were the only campers here! Grounds need a little sprucing up, picnic tables pressure washed, etc., but bath rooms are well appointed & SPOTLESS! Had b'fast at the lodge, gravy biscuits & eggs on the side, coffee & water - $12.00 for two. Food was very good. Lodge & dining room beautiful. Waitresses were great! Will stay here again!

A good overnight. Easy access. Some permanent campers with too much stuff but have seen worse.
