Stayed for a week while traveling north in April of 2023. This is a nice RV park with quite a few permanent residents. We were in site C12 at the end of a row closest to the swamp and cattle it was very quiet at night. I was able to work with my AT&T hotspot and WeBoost. Dothan is an easy drive down the road and there are tons of stores. Planet Fitness is a 15 minute drive. Electric/water weekly rate was $180 (taxes included). Sites are not quite level, but totally doable.

This is a very rudimentary park; do not go by their website photos or descriptions. Everything is extra: wifi is extra $10-20/month depending on what speed you want, electric is extra if you go over $100/month (not sure how they know since no one read the meter on arrival, going to assume everyone gets charged). Laundry only open during office hours, sucks if you work nights or past 5pm. None of this is on their website, very deceptive business practices. MGT is kind of hostile and stand offish. Not very friendly at all. There are a lot of rules for this park none of which are enforced, maybe if they did it wouldn’t look trashy. Would not recommend this place for stays more than one night.

I was pleasantly surprised. When I arrived I looked around and wondered if I had made a mistake by booking this RV park. But check in was a breeze, the manager was super nice and the sites are huge I really enjoyed my stay at A-OKAY RV park. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because the road is a dirt road and I hate roads.

Host were great - long horns to see - large grass pads pretty level - would stay again

Campground is surrounded by a working farm. Owners and staff are very helpful, truly nice folks. They are making improvements throughout the park. New bathrooms with shower are in finishing stages. Sites are huge and level, park on grass. they raise longhorn beef cattle and seeing the herd is reason enoughto spend a night. 4 stars.

Quiet. Owners are very nice.
