The guy at the park store was so nice and everyone around the park was great! Large park and lots to do around king mountain

This Campground is so mismanaged it is sickening! Had reservations 3 weeks in advance for a particular spot for Memorial weekend, upon arrival my reserved spot was taken and we got put in an unlevel spot with our 32' Class A motorhome. Others with reservations were also screwed up. Great Holiday Campgrounds is a disgrace for a management Co. The $20.00 fee per night to camp makes one wonder where the money goes? look around at the potholed road and rotten picnic tables with paint peeling off, Terrible. It was much better when Alaska State Parks ran this on a first come first serve basis. Our Host was nice but there was no communication between her and her bosses.

Poor management, camp hosts are hired without background checks. My stay resulted in being physically assaulted by host in her drunken state at 1am.
