Outstanding location on beautiful grounds with a deck on the river. We really enjoyed the playground, golf holes, clean bathrooms and of course the large dog park area. It was a multi family camp out with something for everyone to do. We’ll be coming back next year.

This RV park is under new ownership and is now a KOA- at $75.00 a night. That’s why we don’t stay at KOAs!

This is a great value. Clean, nice level sites, close to most everything, helpful folks. If you're running an RV 770 GPS, watch out. Ours turned us left at Montgomery St., which dead-ended us at the gate to Fort Wainwright. The sentry was nice and let us past the gate so we could turn around, but it's a potential hassle.

We stayed 5 nights in a travel trailer. Nice family owned park. Great Laundry. Cable TV worked well. Close to North Pole and close to Fairbanks. Probably best value in area. Quiet at night. Stayed first week of June 2018. We would stay again.

Clean free showers, though you pay $5 deposit for key to showers and laundry that is refunded when the key is returned at the end of your stay. The laundry room is clean, and costs $2 each for washer and dryer, and has a large utility sink that can be used to wash dishes. The sites are nice and level. My only complaint is that the wifi is woefully inadequate, and they know it, but their solution is to and I quote, "reboot the router several times a day to kick users off so others can get on." Clearly they need to both boost their signals and increase their bandwidth. Considering how long this complaint has been an issue, they clearly aren't interested in making the investment.

Place seemed expensive for what you get. we stayed in a trailer for several days In June 2016.

Best RV park in Fairbanks! Have stayed in them all. Wi- fi is spotty, but it is quiet and clean and everything works.

Wifi was not very good. Friendly staff.
