We stayed here 3 nights during the fair in August. The fairgrounds are right next door. We camped in our popup pickup camper. Site had electric only, fire pit & picknick table for$40. Bathrooms with free hot showers were fairly clean(it rained for two days so floor’s got a little muddy). Laundry for $2 wash & $2 dry. Laundry room also has large sink with hot water to wash dishes. There is a dump station included in site cost. Host Lizz was very friendly & helpful.
Trees in camp could use trimming but we would definitely stay again if in town. Bathrooms & laundry room have code locks on doors.

Best thing it has going for it is location. We stayed 4 nights over a week. Needs TLC. Restrooms were clean but some sinks and toilets weren’t functioning. Showers were hot but need a second curtain for privacy. You get what you pay for as cost was reasonable. Staffer was accommodating and reachable by phone when not present.

Perfect campground! Close enough to downtown , far enough to not feel like I’m in the middle of a city. Wide, lush campsites, can fit a small tow trailer or large motor home. Clean bathrooms, rv dump and water located by the office. The camp host was so friendly and helpful with stuff to do in Fairbanks. I would definitely stay here again, and highly reccomend!

Super hot showers. Extremely quiet. Best place in Fairbanks. Don’t expect a perfect campground, they don’t exist in Fairbanks

This is a very poorly run camp ground. They can't even seem to keep track of which sites are reserved or being used. The bathrooms are dirty and in bad shape. They have no water at any of the sites. We stayed here in June of 2014.
