Calgary is extremely short of decent campgrounds: unfortunately this isn鈥檛 one of them. You are met at the gate by the overflowing trash bins and it doesn鈥檛 improve. Sights are tight, no wifi and it is mostly populated by full timers in very old decrepit and unsightly rigs with junk and garbage everywhere. The common areas are barely acceptable. Callaway or the Rotary Park in Cochrane are much better options. Way overpriced for what they are offering. Avoid if at all possible.

A decent place close to Calgary. The sites are flat and spacious. Check in took 15 seconds. The campground has lots of long term campers. Wifi not useable. As slow as dialup.

It芒鈧劉s convenient to the Calgary stampede. I will give them that. Not very friendly. Standing water. This was before the thunderstorm so I think I am being fair. Leaky water faucets. Won芒鈧劉t accept US dollars even for a soda. Mud in grassy areas. Would look elsewhere next time. But not too many choices close to Calgary so if you have to stay here just be aware it芒鈧劉s a 2.5 star at best.

Internet/wifi is effectively not usable. 1 mbps download, at most, in between lags. Also there is only a 500mb limit for the sum all of your devices. Internet feels like dial up. Park should spend a few bucks to get high speed downloads. Really they would be better off without advertising internet. My kids and us parents were let down. Pros: friendly staff, has laundromat. Overall won't come back due to lack of internet.

Very close to Calgary itself and just off the highway so not hard to find. Great friendly staff. Decent laundry facilities with several machines. Sites are all very level andxeach has sone grass. There are several areas with dumpsters but they always seem to have lots of garbage in them and it makes the place look a bit dumpy. Maybe they should concentrate the garbage bins in o e area and make them a bit less visible. But I would gladly camp here again... yeah water pressure is a bit lower than normal but it was on!

This is a convenient park if you are visiting Calgary, or if you are traveling the Trans Canada. We stayed here one night on our way to Banff. Easy access from the highway, decent size pull-thrus, W/S/E, including 50 amps. Siotes are level, lots of grass for the dogs, quiet. Wi-fi is virtually good only for email, snail-slow.

There are pros and cons to this RV Park. Pros are location- if you wish to visit Calgary, it is nicely located just outside the city, and you can drive to the excellent mass transit system next to Sunridge Mall in less than 10 minutes. It does have W/S/E. There is grass around all spaces, and they are level. Picnic tables provided on a concrete base so they are also level. Spaces are pretty close. There appears to be some long-timers, but rigs are nice- no single wide- rusty rigs. There is a laundromat, although dryers have only one temperature-Hot. It is very quiet, although there are some site next to the road that could be noisier. Cons: It has that trailer park run-down and not really cared for feel. The water pressure is low, and while the women芒鈧劉s restrooms were decent, my husband reported the men芒鈧劉s to be absolutely filthy due to toilets not flushing well. Ugh. Garbage bins were open and overflowing the 3 days we were there, with birds picking thru the garbage and strewing stuff around. Wifi is crappy despite the fact there is a cell tower on the property. If you芒鈧劉re coming from the west, take the 201 around the city- HWY 1 is stop and go thru Calgary.

Wouldn芒鈧劉t consider this one 芒鈧損et friendly芒鈧 as they have a weight restriction on dogs even in the off season.

We are in the last week of a 10k Mile nine week tour of Alaska, Canada, and the great Northwest. This is one of the nicest parks we have stayed in. We are traveling with two other Rv's. It is well laid out, some shade. Minimal road noise. Some incoming aircraft to Calgary Int airport. Easy to find! The staff was great in our call ahead for reservation and when we arrived it was a simple ordeal at check in. Our sites were level. The power was as expected and the water pressure about like we have had the last nine weeks. Our sites are about on par for size with others. It rained upon arrival so I can't speak for the Mountain View but I may know better in the morning.
We would stay here again if passing through Calgary.

This camp is very, very convenient for visiting Calgary. The people there were very friendly and even gave us coupons for several attractions that we were going to. We did have issues with the Internet to begin with, But when it finally worked with the password everything was great. A nice beverage park.
