from Cedarville, (Intersection of CA299 and Modoc County Road 1), go E on CA-299 for 11 miles to Vya. Turn Right (East) onto NV-8A-E. Travel East on NV-8A-E approximately 21 mi. Take right after cattle guard and windmill (a designated route post will be on right). Go about 3 mi to massacrae Cabin Gate. Cabin about 300 yards behind gate.
